KEY FEATURES

 

Specific’s ”V” series  co-rotating, intermeshing twin-screw extruders offers the maximum torque  and the high screw speed of  twin screw extruder,  Proudly Manufactured in India, it is available from 25mm to 7omm screw diameter and production output from 02kg/hr to 600kg/hr. The “V” Series has designed most versatile, ensuring uniform dispersion, Homogeneous mixing, and perfect compounding timing with suitable L/D. The high torque of the advance designed gearbox with high screw depth volume (Higher Di-Do Ratio) assures high quality production. 

HIGHER TORQUE:   Specific provides higher torque-& maximum Di-Do ratio-volume, higher torque enables the extruder to produce more power, which creates higher throughput rates. Higher torque also assures higher filling of the screw flights lowering the overall average shear rate. 

HIGH SCREW SPEED: The higher torque & higher Do-Di volume ratio allows the capability to run at higher speeds. The higher screw speed increases power input and production rates.  The perfect compounding processing time reduces the heat profile on the product.

ADVANCE DESIGN: Segmented Barrel and Segmented screws are hundred percent interchangeable, Barrels are covered with double jacketed covers, Overload Protected through Torque limiter coupling. The closed-looped DM Barrel Cooling System is mounted on the same base of the compounding extruder, creating a compact design. The Tendon thrust pack equipped gearbox is more powerful yet compact. 

 

ENHANCED PERFORMANCE: By increasing the torque, speed & Di-Do ratio the machine efficiencies are increased, allowing more material to be processed at a optimum product quality. These efficiencies also save energy by lowering specific energy (kw/hr).

 CONTROLS:   Graphic Machine to Man interface with a (HMI) Human machine interface, control through PLC (programmed logic controls) this system enables precise monitoring. 

 

HEAT CONTROL: Developed friction heat in Barrels control through PID blocks with heat cool mode and function control through solenoid valves and pressure control through needle valves to maintain required temperature through compounding process.

 

VOLUMETRIC FEEDING: Specific has design variety of volumetric feeders to handle polymer granules, Chips, lumpy premix, powders with the help of Auger screw, Spiral screw and twin screw to ensure continuous and homogenous feeding.

 

SIDE FEED DESIGN: Specific has a standard line of side-feeders for “V” Series model as well. Using a new design, these high-speed, high volume feeders enable you to maximize feeding & processing throughput through co rotating twin screw feeder design Complete with casters, these feeders can easily be moved and stored when not in use.

INOVLUTE DESIGN SCREWS ELEMENTS: .Backed by experience, Specific produces a wide range of self-wiping, Kneading, neutral, reverse pumping, twin-screw designs for every processing application. Built with involutes Spline shafts, our screws offer strength for super-high torque transmission. Wear-protected with Mir alloy material these screws are wear resistant made out of tool alloy steel and capable of handling abrasive materials
