Specific Engineering & Automats designs and implements Compounding Kneading systems for high-quality Toners. Toner recipes consist of Magnetise resins, pigments and additives, which need to be handled very gently and at the same time thoroughly mixed.

Intermeshing Co-Rotating Twin Screw Extruder convey and compress Toner (Dual & Mono) melt it with the kneading elements in the plasticizing zone. The individual components of the mixture are dispersed, mixed and homogenized compounds.

The processed melt is discharged to Conti-Cooler (Flaker) for immediately cooled down and following grinding process.
